1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Rean Arab (reanarab.com). By using the website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Using Rean Arab and your account
- All lessons are free to use without an account.
- To create an account you must give a real Gmail address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
- Children under 13 may only create an account with a parent's or guardian's permission.
- Your username must not be offensive, misleading or pretend to be someone else.
- We may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms.
3. VIP membership and payments
- VIP membership costs $2.99 USD for one month and removes ads on the website. It also helps us create new lessons.
- You pay by scanning our KHQR code in your own Cambodian banking or e-wallet app and adding your reference code to the transfer note.
- Payments are checked by hand. VIP is usually activated within 24 hours after we receive the correct amount.
- VIP lasts one month from activation and does not renew automatically — you choose whether to pay again.
- Refunds: because VIP is activated manually and used immediately, payments are normally not refundable. However, if you paid and your VIP was not activated within 48 hours, or you were charged by mistake, contact us with your reference code and we will activate your VIP or refund you.
- If a payment cannot be found or the reference does not match, we may reject it. Contact us and we will help sort it out.
4. Acceptable use
When using Rean Arab you agree not to:
- Copy, sell or republish our lessons, images or audio without permission.
- Try to hack, overload or break the website, or access other people's accounts.
- Use bots or scripts to click ads or abuse the website.
- Use the website for anything illegal.
5. Our content
The lessons, text, design, logo, audio recordings and other content on Rean Arab belong to Rean Arab or are used with permission. You may use them for your own personal learning and for non-commercial teaching (for example in a classroom) if you mention "Rean Arab – reanarab.com" as the source.
We work hard to make lessons accurate, but mistakes can happen. If you find one, please tell us.
6. Advertising and links
The website shows ads from Google AdSense to non-VIP visitors and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or services of advertisers or other websites.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Rean Arab is provided "as is" for learning purposes. We do not promise that the website will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, Rean Arab is not liable for any indirect loss or damage from using the website. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
